Investment Return Analysis
In today’s economic climate each of us has had to change how we operate and conduct our business. As president and principal architect of Michael J. Benkusky, Inc. it is my job to evaluate how I conduct my business and how I can best serve my clients. That is why I am pleased to introduce a design model that transforms your potential golf course renovation project into your golf courses IRA, or Investment Return Analysis.
The golf course IRA is a set of tools that analyzes the benefits that a renovation plan has on a golf courses bottom line. Once we begin planning, we use our past experiences and a team of experts to work with the golf course’s staff. This team approach allows us to focus on how each componet of the plan will impact the golf courses budget. We then review the investment cost and analyze what the return should be once that project is completed. That IRA is then plugged into our model and provides the course with a program to determine the priorities of the plan and how the plan should be implemented.
